Mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT)
The term "mindfulness" is often misunderstood. It does not refer to the mindfulness method (Mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT)), but rather to the English expression "to be mindful," which means being conscious or attentive. It implies living in the present moment with full, non-judgmental attention and perceiving thoughts, feelings, and sensory perceptions without immediately reacting to them.
Mindfulness training (MBSR/MBCT) and coaching against stress and burnout
More calm, concentration and resilience in times of stress and overload
Do you constantly feel tense or anxious? Do you worry a lot? Are you easily overstimulated or exhausted? Or do you find it difficult to relax and unwind?
In my coaching, I regularly integrate mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT). Mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT) helps you to be more mindful and present in the here and now. You're not constantly preoccupied with what could go wrong or what has already happened, but with what is happening right now.
For many, this means more inner peace, less physical stress, and greater control over your emotions.
Mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT) is not a vague technique, but a scientifically proven method for stress reduction and mental balance.
