Coaching
A Coach is ....
Psychosocial coaching for stress, burnout and personal development
Support for stress, overload and personal resilience
Sometimes life isn't thrown off balance by a single, dramatic event, but by a build-up of stress. Work pressure, worry about others, illness, conflicts, or major life changes can all cause you to lose sight of what's truly important and your inner balance.
You might notice that you tire more easily, worry more, react more emotionally, or experience less joy. You find it difficult to gain perspective or make clear decisions.
In my practice, I offer psychosocial coaching: professional, individualized support aimed at strengthening your mental resilience, self-confidence, and ability to act. Together, we'll work on inner peace, a new perspective, and direction.
