Investments in resilient professionals and healthy teams

In my work, I experience daily the high level of commitment and responsibility required in healthcare. At the same time, I see how immense the pressure can be. Staff shortages, complex cases, emotionally demanding situations, and administrative tasks require constant adaptability.

Many professionals work long hours, often at the expense of their own health. When stress becomes systemic, it affects not only individuals but also teams and organizations: increased absenteeism, reduced collaboration, communication problems, and ultimately, a decline in the quality of care.

That's why I am a firm believer in prevention and professional development at the group level.

Training can help prevent problems before they arise, rather than having to address them afterward.
What do I mean by training?

My training sessions are not traditional lectures or theoretical workshops. I work in a practical and interactive way.

For me, training means:
  • Raising awareness
  • Acquiring skills
  • Reflecting together
  • Practicing based on real-life situations
  • Providing immediately applicable tools

Participants take home concrete insights and tools that they can directly apply in their daily work.
Areas of Expertise

In healthcare facilities, I offer training on the following topics:
  • Mental resilience and stress management
  • Coping with workload and overload
  • Burnout prevention
  • Self-care and professional boundaries
  • Communication in conflict situations
  • Managing the emotions of patients and their families
  • Moral dilemmas and ethical challenges
  • Team reflection and collaboration
  • Psychosocial safety in the workplace

Of course, I also support other organizations and individuals with their psychosocial challenges.

Depending on the needs, training can consist of a short workshop, a half-day event, several sessions, or a customized program. Online training is also available, for example, as a webinar (e.g., via Zoom or MS Teams).
Application of ACT and Mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT)
In my training sessions, I regularly integrate elements of ACT and Mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT).

Not as isolated theory, but as practical skills.

ACT supports professionals in dealing more flexibly with stressful thoughts and feelings and in continuing to act in accordance with their professional values.

Mindfulness promotes attention, calmness, and emotional regulation, thereby reducing tension and making better use of recovery periods.

This combination has proven particularly effective in strengthening sustainable employability and mental resilience.
Who are these healthcare training courses for?

I work with:
  • Nursing teams
  • Nurses
  • Physicians and medical professionals
  • Mental health professionals
  • Managers
  • Support staff
  • Occupational health and safety services

I also work with smaller groups or individual professionals who want to delve deeper into specific topics together. My experience in healthcare helps me quickly connect the material to the participants' daily work. The examples and exercises are practical and concrete.
My Approach
My style is open, down-to-earth, and personal. I create a trusting atmosphere for exchange and reflection. No cumbersome theory programs, but rather practical exercises, discussions, and realistic case studies.

The goal is not to push participants to peak performance, but to teach them healthier and more sustainable ways of working. Training should energize, not drain.
Would you like to discover new things together? Would you like to invest in the mental strength and sustainable employability of your team or organization? I would be happy to support you in developing a suitable program. Just get in touch.
